Vinařství Bodegas Care se nachází ve starobylé apelaci D. O. Cariňena. Denominaci najdeme 45 km jižně od Zaragozy, v autonomní oblasti Aragonie, v severním Španělsku. Víno zde pěstovali již Římané ve 3. století BC a "Care" je původní starobylý název oblasti. Nyní se vinařství soustředí na menší, ale pečlivě kontrolovanou produkci s důrazem na místní terroir a historii.

Svá vína přijede představit Guillermo Rodriguez, sympatický sommelier vinařství. Ochutnávka bude vedena v angličtině, ale můžete si s Guillermem přijít popovídat také španělsky. Pokud si naopak nejste jisti svou jazykovou vybaveností, pak nezoufejte, to nejdůležitější Vám na místě rádi přeložíme.

Bodegas Care is a winery located in the ancient D. O. Cariňena, 45 km south of Zaragoza, in the autonomous region of Aragon, in northern Spain. The wine was already grown here by the Romans in the 3rd century BC and "Care" is the original ancient name of the area. Now the winery has quite small but carefully controlled production with an emphasis on local terroir and history.

Guillermo Rodriguez the head sommelier of a company will come to interduce the wines and the winery. Tasting will take place in English, maybe a bit of Spanish.
